A passion for serving people Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills Provide service in a dignified and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd Centre's, and which integrates anti-oppression/anti-racism frameworks Certification in CPR or a willingness to be certified is also required Certification MHFA and NVCI required Fluency in a 2nd language is an asset. Fluency in a 2nd language is an asset Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety practices and understanding of an employee's responsibility under current legislation.
