Campus Nissan Victoria is part of the Campus Auto Group and has an opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team and support dealership operations. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the Sales Department by ensuring all vehicles are clean, organized, and professionally presented for customers. You will take pride in maintaining a well-kept dealership lot and contributing to a strong first impression for every guest. Location: 3361 Oak Street Victoria, BC V8X 1R2 Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $19.00 per hour. This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership. Learn more about us here: https://www.jpautogroup.com/dealership/about.htm A Day in the Life Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of all vehicle inventory, including exterior washing and interior cleaning Ensure vehicles are displayed in a way that creates a positive first impression for customers Maneuver, arrange, and relocate inventory and guest vehicles with care Capture clear, appealing photos of pre-owned vehicle inventory and assist with posting them online Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Reliable, punctual, and dependable This is a physically active role and requires the following: Frequent walking throughout the dealership building and lot Walking and/or standing for long periods Frequent operation of automatic and manual transmission vehicles Washing vehicles, which may include use of various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching Significant time spent outdoors in various weather, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat.
