We are an optometry practice looking for teammates who are willing to grow with us. You will be responsible for helping customers with checking-in and billing. You will also assist the optometrist with pre-testing of patients. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and in the eye care field.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Top notch customer service
• Excellent communication skills

• Developing and maintaining a long-term customer base
• Participate in merchandising and ensure accuracy in all transactions and inventory
• Pretesting patients and data entry
• Answering phone calls and triaging
• Constantly update product and sales knowledge
• Upkeep the appearance of the store
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Motivated and committed to driving sales
• English and Chinese fluency is a must
• Optician experience would be an asset
• Experience using Windows

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
