How You'll Make an Impact Under the direction of the Manager, Ancillary Operations, the incumbent provides front-line customer support services including sales counter and floor duties, and performs related tasks such as telephone reception, receiving, recording, handling and distribution of books and merchandise. What You'll Bring Completion of some post-secondary education is required Minimum one-year customer service and/or cash handling experience in a retail setting Experience with a Point-of-Sale system is an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fanshawe College uses Workday to manage recruitment and hiring processes.
