Role Description The Manager role at Vision Eye Gallery is a full-time, on-site position based in east Orlando, FL. This role oversees daily operations of the clinic and retail space, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring a smooth patient and customer experience. The Manager supports team members through coaching, performance feedback, and training, while maintaining high standards for service, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, managing vendor relationships, and supporting financial activities such as budgeting, sales tracking, and reporting. The Manager also collaborates with leadership on local marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow the business and enhance the brand.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in retail, healthcare, or optical clinic management, including day-to-day operational oversight. Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building positive patient and client relationships. Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing multiple priorities and resolving operational issues. Comfort with basic financial responsibilities such as reviewing sales metrics, managing budgets, and controlling costs. Experience with point-of-sale systems, appointment scheduling software, and general office technology. Knowledge of optical or healthcare environments is an asset; willingness to learn about eye care services and products is essential. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work on-site full time in Orlando, FL including some evenings and weekends as business needs require.
