We are looking for a Clarins Counter Manager for Holt Renfrew Ogilvy in Vancouver. The role: The Counter Manager will be responsible for developing close, long-lasting relationships with customers with the aim of increasing sales, improving the quality of service and building customer loyalty. The Counter Manager is also responsible for achieving the sales targets for the Clarins brand. The role: As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers, your responsibilities will include: To provide outstanding service to all customers Exceed individual sales and service targets. Exceed the Clarins brand’s sales and service targets. Build a loyal customer base by constantly attracting new customers, fostering loyalty among existing customers and retaining loyal customers. Share your product knowledge with the entire in-store sales team. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, sales advisers and sales managers. Increase sales of the Clarins brand by identifying key marketing opportunities, organising events, making recommendations to customers, etc. Attend all training sessions on offer, including seminars on products, the Clarins brand and Holt Renfrew. Carry out tasks relating to order picking, visual merchandising, price changes and sales support. Communicate regularly with customers by telephone, post and email regarding in-store events, stock requests, sales follow-ups, birthdays, etc. Resolve all customer service issues and liaise with sales management on any matters not covered by the guidelines. Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements. Carry out other tasks as required. You will need: A secondary school leaving certificate. Ability to exceed sales targets. High level of collaboration: Working with and for others in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of versatility with minimal supervision. Ability to work flexible hours to suit customer needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. At least two years’ experience in a commission-based sales environment. Previous experience in retail as a product specialist in a luxury environment. Entrepreneurial, competitive, independent and self-motivated.
