Role Description The Car Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, including greeting clients, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable vehicle options. The specialist will provide detailed product information, arrange test drives, prepare price quotes, and support customers with financing and documentation. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, updating inventory and sales records, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The Car Sales Specialist is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to a positive showroom environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention abilities. Candidates should possess consultative selling capabilities, such as Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales experience. Previous experience in automotive, retail, or real estate sales is an asset. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfort with using basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools. Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.
