Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury products, floral design, and creating an exceptional client experience. You will represent our brand in-store, helping customers find the perfect arrangements while maintaining our boutique?s aesthetic and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as they enter the boutique.

• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting the perfect floral arrangements.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings and seasonal collections.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an inviting store environment.

• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.

• Passion for luxury florals and a keen eye for design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
