As a leader, you’ll inspire excellence, create a high-energy, guest-focused environment, and contribute to the overall success of Golden Skybridge. Retail Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations for the retail store, including team scheduling, inventory management, and product displays Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, meet performance goals, and identify opportunities for improvement Work with Pursuit procurement team to help curate product offerings: selection, ordering (and related ship dates), and stocking merchandise that aligns with our brand and guest expectations. Communicate any location/attractions specific needs (seasonality changes, activations etc.) Maintain a visually appealing retail environment, ensuring it meets Golden Skybridge’s high standards and is organized and welcoming for guests Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding merchandise, returns, or store policies Analyze sales data and customer feedback to spot trends and improve product selection or operational processes Prepare the store and lead the team into the year-end physical inventory counts Maintain inventory and supplies storage areas safe, clean and organized Collaborate closely with Finance, Cash-Control, Accounting and Retail overhead team on forecasting and daily/monthly reconciliations Coordinate and conduct staff training to ensure the team delivers exceptional service Photo/Video Responsibilities: Oversee the photo/video operation, ensuring the content taken with high quality, in line with Golden Skybridge’s standards Develop compelling photo packages, offering services such as prints, digital downloads, and themed photo merchandise Ensure the timely production and delivery of high-quality photos to guests. Work with vendors to implement required logistics, and technical updates and fixes Track photo and video sales to optimize profitability and performance Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in retail management or sales, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or photography-related environments Strong leadership abilities, with experience motivating and managing a diverse team Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for creating positive guest experiences A keen eye for visual merchandising and photography, with a solid understanding of photo products and services Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Proficiency in retail and photo management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours Previous experience with social media marketing and content creation is a plus Up-to-date with industry trends in retail, food & beverage, and hospitality Experience in financial management and driving both employee and guest Able to work a variety of days/hours including weekends and public holidays A minimum of three years (3) leadership experience with proven ability to manage a large team, including experience in payroll, scheduling, recognition, and progressive performance management Demonstrated experience in managing, tracking and analyzing budget trends and P&L Statement Employee training experience including POS, customer service and operational skills This is a salaried role. Requirements
Requires at least three years of leadership experience managing large teams, including payroll and performance management. Must have a background in retail or hospitality with proficiency in POS systems and financial budget analysis.
