NOW HIRING: Store Manager

LOCATION: Centennial Carstar New Glasgow, NS

HOURS: Full time, Permanent. 40+ hours per week.

WAGES: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (salary and commission) + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

As the Store Manager for our upcoming brand-new, state-of-the-art collision repair facility, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in managing a team of technicians and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential to coordinate workflow efficiently. With a focus on customer service, you will interact with clients, address inquiries, and maintain excellent relationships with insurance companies. Your experience in collision repair management, coupled with a keen eye for detail, will contribute to the success of our facility as we provide top-notch service.

  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Professional Presentation: Polished representation of the facility.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Thorough knowledge of Mitchell and Audatex electronic imaging/ estimating systems is considered a strong asset but not necessary.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Interaction: Ensure excellent service and handle customer concerns.

  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
