General Duties: 

To lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of Virtual Care Squad (VCS) Outreach,
Content Calendar, Virtual Care Squad Ambassadors, VCS Peer-To-Peer Initiatives &
Members area, and liaise with cross-functional Virtual Care team of the VCS to ensure
smooth function & delivery of the Virtual Care Squad deliverables including in person
and virtual event efforts & webinars, podcast etc; build strategic relationships within the
community and business to business community; conduct a variety of outreach
activities; and lead the Outreach/Fundraising initiatives and any necessary research
Projects & Grant Writing Initiatives.


Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, create the annual outreach plan, executional
roadmap for deliverables and outreach benchmarks.
Develop, coordinate and execute a program for the cultivation, solicitation, and
stewardship of VCS program with businesses, unions, and foundations etc. to maintain
and expand VCS initiatives all with aim to ensure promotion of integrated care with
Spartan Wellness Virtual Care Squad, including:
Cold outreach for Business Outreach for relationship building
to solicit interest in the Spartan Wellness Webinar Series (includes
Veteran/RCMP/Police/Ambulance/Fire organizations, Unions, First
Responders, Front Line Workers, Corrections, Construction,
Transportation, related Interest groups, organizations, other key groups
and businesses etc) and follow through the sales cycle from cold
outreach, to booking webinars, coordinating themes & presentations, VCS
team members, speakers, schedules etc, payments and invoicing, and
then nurturing relationships for future opportunities and re-bookings etc
Coordinates all cold outreach "Opener", "Closer" Business to Busine
Outreach initiatives and tracks for success, ensure optimizations for
highest conversion are achieved and that pipeline is full for webinar series,
podcast series and outreach podcasts etc and are maximizing for full ramp
up and delivered per sprint goals.


Cold outreach for brand visibility on podcast, blog interviews etc to give
CEO Spartan Wellness and ambassadors guest speaking opportunities.
Cold outreach to solicit guest speakers for webinars and podcasts etc.
 Develops and coordinate brand content webinar & podcast program
(leveraging the VCS ambassadors, research, and subject matter experts
where needed), including brainstorming, outlines, drafts and finalize
products are reviewed and approved by CMO (and CEO when needed).
Work with marketing on any marketing assets to achieve maximum impact
for success. All assets must have the highest quality, maximize lead
generation and conversion to book as a client, and retention as a SW
patient.


Develops outreach materials, presentations and packets and working with
marketing to create consumer facing materials.
Develop details "show production' as final output for all webinars and
podcasts and work with video editors (when needed) and podcast
producers to ensure all final outputs are completed and work with
marketing to ensure push out to market.


Develops basic framework for webinars/podcast with Ambassadors (and
CMO collaboration and approval), seek expert speakers, SW experts and 
Ambassador success stories to create, update, refresh, repurposed 
webinars, and work with Marketing on sales funnel leave behinds and 
follow-up sequences etc to support the series and cross-pollinate into 
other SW areas like Members Area.


Additional Coordination activities include:
Coordinates with business analytics team on Data Capture for VCS projections and
performance reports out to CMO on outreach tracking, conversations, sales pipelines
etc. Keeps track on Webinar funnels, booking and demand planning for bookings.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure all funnels are updated and optimized, tracks KPI,
provides recommendations to CMO optimizations.
Coordinate the outreach benchmarks for quarter/sprint activity and the
resources/ambassadors/thought leaders who support the initiatives. Coordinator must
task in detail by sprint for each ambassador to achieve VCS deliverables including
creative development timelines for content, series delivery calendars with business,
content schedule and work with marketing for timed pushes.


Coordinate and execute the fundraising and coordination of the brand love activities
with Spartan Wellness and its partners, and ensuring all ambassadors are tasked 
effectively to maximize impact and ROI, and coordination with marketing team to ensure 
all assets are delivered to ensure success for initiatives. 


Coordinate all giveaway for webinar & follow-up on receipt with Outreach initiatives
Coordinate Peer to Peer Initiative with Ambassadors to ensure ultimate success of the
members area and all Peer-to-Peer initiatives. That all deliverables are being met by
Ambassadors, content delivery and to ensure peak engage and growth of members
area. Work with marketing to ensure all marketing assets are developed to ensure
success of Peer-to-Peer program based on solid KPIs.


Coordinate Peer to Peer initiatives, Schedule & Events and ensure smooth delivery of 
Peer Webinar/podcast series/broadcasting and coordinate with social marketing lead for 
repurposing of content across channels and continued growth of Referral program in all 
efforts.


Coordinate, identify and solicit from VCS Ambassador for social pics to share with
Social Media Team. All VCS initiatives should have amplification strategies in place to
ensure breakthrough into market.
Coordinates any moderation, follow-up & responses to webinar/outreach questions
Working with VCS Ambassadors to develop plan to recruit, train, and utilize volunteer
Peers to SW program needs.


Other Duties
•Assist the CEO with grant research and writing/applications, if needed.
