Meets regularly with service partner's Vendor Management team to review vendor performance and opportunities. Liaison between WMT Operations to assist in issue resolution when required
Collaborates with Service Partner's Finance & PIMO on analytics initiatives related to optimal service delivery options to support stores, MLs and RVPs
Periodically meets with Service Partner to review financial and KPI/SLA performance
Partnership with stakeholders (Compliance/CI team, merchants)
Partnership with MLs, Regional teams & FM strategic service partner
WMT point of escalation (CBRE Ops Mgr/ROM first point)
Leverages service provider data to inform regional strategies
Supports Communication with WMT Ops & Service Partners
Spend oversight with Service Partner & WMT Finance
Own relevant stakeholder communication
Ensure compliance in FM process & strategy
Communicates and coordinates business input into capital and program plans with SMs, MLs, RVPs and other service partners and WMT support areas
Basic knowledge of Waste, Recycling or Transportation industry
