Manager, Acquisition and Account, WFS
Position Summary...
The Acquisition and Account Manager, WFS will manage business development and account management activities and work as a key stakeholder in the growth of the WFS ecosystem. This role will work closely with existing and new seller partners to grow their business with WFS. They will also be responsible for tracking and contributing to category-level growth, and share the voice of the seller partners internally for prioritizing tech initiatives for WFS.What you'll do...
1)Manage WFS accounts and drive business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers. Drive regular business reviews with top sellers.
2)Ensure category-wise and geography-wise growth on WFS as per plans.
3)Ensure a smooth and complete onboarding of sellers on to the WFS platform, including assistance with item setup, offer content, PO creation and inbounding at WFS FCs.
4)Continuously evaluate our program against similar competitor program and offerings.
5)Seek to create ongoing and incremental value for active sellers based on seller feedback, market benchmarks and global best practices.
6)Develop seller marketing plans - including events, site placements and promotions that drive incremental traffic and GMV.
7)Monitor and report on the business KPIs, including GMV and other seller performance metrics.
8)Be a great team player and collaborate across multiple teams to find solutions to seller problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum level of education required for this role - College diploma is required
- Minimum level of work experience required for this role - 5-7 years
- Minimum level of supervisory/management experience required for this role: 1-3 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint will be very useful in improving productivity.
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools will be good to have
