1)Manage WFS accounts and drive business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers. Drive regular business reviews with top sellers.
2)Ensure category-wise and geography-wise growth on WFS as per plans.
3)Ensure a smooth and complete onboarding of sellers on to the WFS platform, including assistance with item setup, offer content, PO creation and inbounding at WFS FCs.
4)Continuously evaluate our program against similar competitor program and offerings.
5)Seek to create ongoing and incremental value for active sellers based on seller feedback, market benchmarks and global best practices.
6)Develop seller marketing plans - including events, site placements and promotions that drive incremental traffic and GMV.
7)Monitor and report on the business KPIs, including GMV and other seller performance metrics.
8)Be a great team player and collaborate across multiple teams to find solutions to seller problems.
