Contract Position - Temporary
1. Develops and executes upon project plans to support the full lifecycle of enterprise level transformational learning projects from inception through development, deployment, and evaluation. Manages internal projects and holds weekly project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines, project outcomes and budget are met. Meets with support teams regularly to forecast upcoming work and possible conflicts.
2. Works with business partners and internal learning team to proactively plan for the integration of new skills to existing programs, courses and learning pathways. Identifies third party content and existing content to support the creation of curated development pathways. Independently leads all required security reviews and contract sourcing for any third-party content providers.
3. Collaborates with peers on the evolution of the Design SLA and socializes all requirements and required commitments with stakeholders. Leverages a COE/ROR after every project to ensure we are gathering feedback and continually refining our approach. Works with translation to support requirements for bilingual deployment. Ensures QA for print materials and testers for online content are in place and managed on time and to expectation.
4. Researches, sources, initiates legal contracting and coordination of all technology approvals for new learning partnerships and technology integration for enterprise-wide solutions. Proactively manages resource requirements within projects and raises risks as appropriate. Supports in flow leadership of vendors and temporary design or technology project resources as required.
5. Adapts plans based on changing business priorities, is flexible and agile in creating solutions that best serve the needs of the business and end user while communicating clearly with all business partners about possible trade-offs.
6. Manages scope creep and difficult conversations with business partners while proactively maintaining positive work relationships and work environment through collaborative partnerships.
7. Keeps informed on new technology, content providers, shifting FoW capabilities and with global partners to identify new solutions and trends to incorporate within our strategy. Operates with an innovative mindset and a human centric approach to create proposals to enhance our 5-year plan.
8. Manages the design, deployment and facilitated delivery of skills programs and curated pathways in partnership with the horizon 1 learning experience team and against the requirements identified by the Talent, SSC HRBP and People Strategy Teams to support career development and role success profiles.
