Supervisor - Dix30

We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor for our Dix30 branch on a permanent part-time basis. You must be available to work variable day, evening and weekend shifts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise customer service and manage customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Manager Assistant.
• Communicate and implement sales objectives and strategies to employees.
• Ensure the proper functioning of store operations: ensure compliance with follow-ups and priorities, supervise staff and assign tasks to employees.
• Perform employee training and participate in the hiring process and the welcoming and integration program.
• Participate in the performance evaluation process and disciplinary files.
• Perform openings and closings.
• Contribute to the management and planning of schedules.
• Ensure the prevention and management of health and safety at work.
• Participate in the planning, the progress of the preparation and the verification of inventories, as well as the supply and shortages of goods.
• Perform other related duties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Leadership and strong customer orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and take initiatives.
• Ability to manage staff.
• Knowledge of retail and artistic materials, assets.
• Be available to workdays, evenings and weekends.
