What you'll do

The eCommerce Text Coordinator plays a key role within the eCommerce team at Sports Experts, Atmosphere and Trio Hockey. They are tasked with finding and interpreting relevant information on the products to be sold online, writing descriptions that highlight their features, and ensuring the language quality of the product listings. The eCommerce Text Coordinator will develop expertise in the clothing, equipment and footwear comprising the catalogs of the Sports Experts-Atmosphere and Trio Hockey platforms.

  • Gather information on products ordered for e-commerce platforms in collaboration with various stakeholders (buyers, analysts, suppliers)
  • Develop expertise in Sports Experts-Atmosphere and Trio Hockey products and the key aspects of their descriptions
  • Ensure the accuracy of published product information and report anomalies to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Write texts, in French and English, in accordance with established models for each type of product sold
  • Closely follow up on product listings to be optimized and ensure proper monitoring according to delivery priorities
  • Import texts into the content management system of the website and ensure quality and consistency

What you bring

  • 0-2 years in a similar position
  • DEC, Certificate or Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field
  • Maintain good relations with various partners, team player
  • Strong autonomy
  • Cartesian thinking and good analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive and solution-oriented when problems arise
  • Good command of Excel
  • Excellent adaptability
  • An interest in digital technology and databases
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingualism, both written and spoken, excellent command of grammar (French and English)
  • Good communication skills
