Bring your skills to a big name in arts in this permanent full-time position at our Montreal head office.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Chief, this person will be responsible for collaborating with purchasing and marketing to optimize the presentation of the product offer on our website.

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser you will:

· Ensure the publication and accuracy of new products according to the marketing calendar, while coordinating the work of editorial and photography stakeholders;

· Propose merchandising tactics to highlight promotional offers, facilitate searches and maximize conversion;

· Optimize the navigation and the internal search engine in order to obtain the best presentation of the products and to facilitate their purchase;

· Responsible for the marketing of the homepage of the website and define the key messages;

· Collaborate with the marketing team, purchasing and procurement, to integrate products and promotional messages;

· Define product recommendations and merchandising rules to increase shopping carts and products per transaction;

· Assist the e-commerce team in the selection of products to be featured in our web, newsletter and social media channels;

· Ensure performance, tracking and reporting of web merchandising initiatives;

· Analyze online product performance to identify opportunities to increase sales and conversion, as well as review online merchandising strategies based on trends;

· Assist with customer service inquiries related to the website and products;

· Conduct competitive intelligence and various analyses to provide recommendations for updates and opportunities for improvement;

· All other related tasks.

Requirements and skills for the position:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or e-commerce option or equivalent experience;

· 2 to 5 years in a web merchandising position;

· Solid experience in Web merchandising (merchandising, A/B testing, personalization, internal search engine);

· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Office Suite (advanced Excel);

· Excellent analytical skills and strong computer skills;

· Knowledge of Searchspring, Shopify and Akeneo (an asset);

· Experience related to the retail business;

· Autonomy, sense of responsibility, organization and good management of priorities;

· Ability to work in a team;

· Bilingualism in oral and written (French and English).
