Salary Range: $38,000 - $58,000 Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional commissions earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will inspire, coach, and develop team members while driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will also maintain the store's appearance and support brand goals.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience, with at least one year in a management role. A university degree or college diploma in business or management is preferred.
